I get my inspiration from the international youth meetings I occasionally participate in. Seeing the energy and passion of people from so many countries and learning that they have similar issues to struggle with as people in my country gives me hope and the sense of belonging.

TakingITGlobal has helped me achieve my goals by providing me a space to grow and expand my learning. I’ve found that the different tools and resources from the TakingITGlobal site really attracted the kids, so I thought it would be good to use the TIG and TIGed tools to get the kids started on thinking about the global community and caring about the planet and caring for other people.
